BECCOT's functions are :

1. To oversee the overall BEC building activity
2. To plan and organise training for all Area BEC Core Teams
3. To restructure Zones and BEC's as the need arises
4. To coordinate activities to all Parish Coordinating Council meetings
5. To address any problems that arise that affects BEC's
