The Pro-Life Method of Family Planning
As part of the Catholic Marriage Preparation Course (CMPC), couples throughout Malaysia are required to attend Natural Family Planning (NFP) training sessions so they can plan their family naturally without the use of methods of contraception (drugs, foreign device or operation) that go against our Catholic teachings, and most importantly, God’s love for life.
For couples attending the CMPC, these sessions are usually held towards the middle of the 6-9 week course. However, these training sessions are also open to any couple wishing to use a family planning method that does not harm but respect the beauty and miracle of life.
The Billings Ovulation Method:
This is a simple method that is easy to grasp and it:
- Is reliable (99% effectiveness)
- Costs no money
- Is non-invasive
- Has no side effects and
- Can be used in all conditions (breastfeeding, irregular cycle, pre-menopause, etc)

| The Billings Ovulation Method (BOM) training sessions are conducted every Thursday between 6.30 pm and 10.00 pm at the Health Screening Center, Assunta Hospital, Petaling Jaya. |
