Parents Doing Their Bit

Being a parent is no easy feat, especially if you have to work long hours during the week and need to juggle your time to care for your family, too. The Sunday School Parents Team therefore is made up of extraordinary parents who volunteer their time to serve fellow parishioners (and thus, yes, the Lord) by seeing to the security and safety of the students during the Sunday School period. You’ll notice them in fluorescent-striped vests guiding traffic during the peak hours – ensuring the children cross safely. They also patrol the school grounds to keep and eye on children who may be get lost wandering around the building during lessons. The Parents Team is a great support to both our Sunday School and the LWC team.
